Tratto da una storia vera, 127 Hours tratta la disavventura (forse anche tragedia) dello scalatore Aron Ralston.
La tematica del film e' molto semplice, la volonta di soppravivere, anche se la situazione sembra disperata. Infatti Aron Ralston, ruolo interpretato da James Franco (Spiderman), nel 2003 e' rimasto incastrato per cinque giorni, da un masso mentre faceva canyoning nello Utah. Durante questi cinque giorni, e la sua lotta continua per sopravvivere, ha la possibilita' di analizzare la propria vita, di valutare la propria situazione con la propria famiglia, di pensare agli amici, lavoro, ecc. La prima del film, se tralasciamo i vari festival, e' avvenuta in questi giorni, il 5 novembre a New York. In Europa dovrebbe arrivare nei primi giorni del 2011.
Da quello che si riesce a capire dal trailer della pellicola, il film risulta avvincente. Sopratutto mi piace il fatto che il film e' quasi privo di attori (o quasi), l'intera storia infatti si raccoglie attorno ad Aron e alla sua vita. Nel trailer ovviamente non c'e' il finale e non lo svelero' nemmeno io, ma ce il finale col botto.
Il regista del film e' Danny Boyle, regista si Slumdog millionaire (vincitore dell'oscar come miglior film), Trainspotting, 28 Days Later.
Based on a true story, 127 Hours is the misfortune (perhaps tragedy) of the climber Aron Ralston.
The main story of the movie is very simple, the will to survive, although the situation seems hopeless. In fact, Aron Ralston, role played by James Franco (Spiderman), in 2003 got stuck for five days by a boulder while he was canyoning in Utah. During these five days, and his constant struggle to survive, he has the chance to examine his life, to assess his own situation with his family, to think of friends, work, etc.. The premiere, if we leave out the various festivals, took place these days, November 5 in New York. In Europe, should arrive in early 2011.
From what we can tell from the trailer, it’s seems to me very compelling. I especially like the fact that the film is almost without actors (or almost) the whole story is gathered around Aaron and his life. The trailer is not clear how the movie finish obviously, but it ends with a bang.

The director of the movie is Danny Boyle, known for Slumdog Millionare (Academy Award winning movie), Trainspotting, 28 Days Later
