When you want to break a record - Quando si vogliono battere i record

Deathly Hollows is just arrived in theaters and it has already hammered many records.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows - Part 1, were released this Friday simultaneously in 54 countries around the world. Just this weekend the movie grossed in the United States more than 125.1 million dollars, which places it sixth in the rankings of the most viewed movies during the first weekend after The Dark Knight, Spiderman 3, The Twilight Saga, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man Chest and Iron Man 2. In the rest of the world the film has grossed 330.1 million for better or worse dollars.

The film is released also 3D, and has grossed 12.4 million dollars in the U.S., exceeding Alice in Wonderland by Tim Barton.

Deathly Hollows e' appena uscito nelle sale e sta gia bettendo tutti i record.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows – Part 1, e' uscito questo venerdi in contemporanea in 54 paesi in tutto il mondo. Solo questo weekend il film ha incassato negli Stati uniti piu' di 125,1 milioni di dollari, il che lo posiziona al sesto posto della classifica dei film che hanno incassato di piu' nel primo weekend subito dopo The Dark Knight, Spiderman 3, The Twilight Saga, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man Chest e Iron Man 2. Nel resto del mondo il film ha incassato bene o male 330,1 milioni di dollari.

Il film e' distribuito anche in 3D, dove ha incassato 12,4 milioni di dollari negli Stati Uniti, superando cosi Alice in Wonderland di Tim Barton.

From the bestselling book by Coelho, The Alchemist here comes the movie, and for those that don’t know the story of the book, here is a brief summary. The Alchemist is a magical tale of Santiago, Andalusian shepherd who sets out in search of a treasure. The search takes him from the markets of Tangier to th Egypt desert where he meets the Alchemist. The story told by the book, speaks about the journey of Santiago, but also how to listen to ourselves and especially that we have to pursue our dreams.

The screenplay was written by Scott McGehee and David Sigel, while it’s seems that the movie flick is directed and interpreted by Laurence Fishburne (The Alchemist). The expected date for the release of the film is yet to be decided (rumored april 2011).

I just hope the flick is as magical as the book.

Dal libro bestseller di Coelho, The Alchemist, ecco che arriva il film e per chi non conosce ancora la storia del libro ecco un breve riassunto. The Alchemist e la magica storia di Santiago, pastore andalusiano che parte alla ricerca di un tesoro. La ricerca lo porta da Tangeri al deserto dell'Egitto dove incontra l'Alchimista. La storia raccontata dall'libro, parla si del viaggio compiuto da Santiago, ma anche su come dommia sapere ˝ascoltarci˝ e sopratutto come dobbiamo inseguire i nostri sogni.

Il riadattamento cinematografico e' stato scritto da Scott McGehee e David Sigel, mentre il film sembra sia diretto ed interpretato da Laurence Fishburne. La data prevista per l'uscita della pellicola e' ancora da decidersi (Si parla di aprile 2011).

Spero solo che il film sia magico come il libro.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides trailer

Jack Sparrow and his crew are back in town, in the fourth episode of The Pirates of the Caribbean, but there are some changes. The director this time is Rob Marshall, that directed Chicago, Memoirs of a Geisha (and I really hope that the movie will not become a musical), also some players changed. Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley are no longer part of the cast, but there are new faces like Ian McShane (Blackbeard), Penelope Cruz in the role of Angelica, the old flame of Jack Sparrow, and then is rumored that Judi Dench will also be part of the crew.

As we 'have a glimpse of the last episode, in the fourth chapter Jack and Barbossa will go looking for the cup of youth, to find out that the pirate Blackbeard and his daughter (Angelica), are seeking the same cup.

The release of the film is scheduled for May 2011 in the United States, landing in Europe in June. I cannot wait.

Ritorna Jack Sparrow e la sua ciurma, nel quarto episodio de I pirati dei Caraibi, ci sono pero' alcuni cambiamenti. Il regista questa volta e' Rob Marshall, che ha diretto Chicago, Memoris of a Geisha ( e speriamo non lo faccia diventare un musical), cambiano anche alcuni attori. Orlando Bloom e Keira Knightley non fanno piu' parte del cast, arrivano pero' dei volti nuovi Ian McShane (Barbanera), Penelope Cruz nel ruolo di Angelica la vecchia fiamma di Jack Sparrow, e poi si rumoreggia che partecipi anche Judi Dench.

Come si e' potuto intravvedere nell'ultimo episodio, nel quarto capitolo Jacke Barbossa andranno alla ricerca del calice della giovinezza, per scoprire che anche il pirata Barbanera e sua figlia (Angelica), cercano la stesso calice.

L'uscita della pellicola e' prevista per maggio 2011 negli Stati Uniti, con approdo in Europa verso giugno. Non vedo l'ora.
