A single adjective to describe this movie, perfect.
Why? 'Cause the movie really has everything you can ask a film, emotions, plot twists, suspense, drama. Danny Boyle this time offers us a true story, treated by a mishap happened to Aron Ralston in 2003. At the risks of exaggeration, almost everything in this movie was perfect, starting with the shooting technique and photography,to the soundtrack and the part interpreted by James Franco, absolutely magnificent.
Because you should know that is hard to be the only actor for almost two hours of the movie, and maintain the viewer gussing what will happen next, only with his acting. It must not have been an easy one.
Just think that director Rodrigo Cortes with actor Ryan Reynolds tried a very similar story with his last year movie, Buried, but he didn't managed to achieve the same result. Frankly the flick was boring, 127 hours it isn't.
However congratulations for the great job Danny Boyle.
