Finally SKYLINE. 100% special effects.

Finalmente ho visto Skyline e vi diro le critiche sono piu' che meritate. La critica maggiore va a colpire sia la storia sia i dialoghi, in quanto la storia e' banale, i dialoghi sono scontati e anche questi risultano banali. La recitazione e' scarsa, si nota pesantemente la mancanza di un'attore di spessore, perche' secondo me Eric Balfour non lo e'. Si ci avra' messo impegno ma non basta solo questo, non mi ha trasmesso quelle vibrazioni ed emozioni, che per esempio ho avuto guardando Tom Cruise in War of the Worlds. Poi ci sono le attrici Scottie Thompson, Brittany Daniel, Crystal Reed, e anche loro non si salvano. Il risultato della loro recitazione mi e' apparso forzato in certi tratti, per spiegarmi meglio, si e' visto che recitavano.

 E allora cosa si salva della pellicola?

Gli effetti speciali, che sono  assolutamente fantastici. Immagino che i 10.000.000$ quanto e' costato il film, siano finiti propri qui. Gli effetti speciali sono cosi reali, che sono rimasto affascinato dalla loro perfezione. I fratelli Strause, hanno dimostrato ancora una volta che sono i migliori in questo campo.

Cosa altro dire di un film che prometteva tanto e inveca a dato poco o quasi nulla?

Che per la prossima volta e' meglio spendere qualcosina in piu' per gli attori invece che per gli effetti speciali. Perche' gli effetti speciali sono importanti, ma non sono tutto. A volte un sceneggiatore e un attore di livello, sono meglio che 100.000.000$ di effetti speciali.

I finally saw Skyline and I will tell you the critics are more than deserve. The main criticism is on both the storyline and dialogue, as the plot is corny, the dialogues are foregone and even these are very corny. The acting was poor, there is a lack of a big named actor, 'cause I think that Eric Balfour isn’t. Yes, he put a lot of work in this movie but was enough; I didn’t feel the vibrations and emotions, for example when I watched Tom Cruise in War of the Worlds. Then there are actresses Scottie Thompson, Brittany Daniel, Crystal Reed, and even they are not saved. The result of their acting appeared to me in some flicks forced.

 
So what saves the film?
The special effects are absolutely fantastic. I guess the $ 10,000,000 as it cost the movie, is right here. The special effects are so real that I was fascinated by their perfection. The Brothers Strause, showed once again that they are the best in this field.

What else can I say about a film that promised so much and instead gave little or nothing?
That for the next time is better to spend a little bit more' for the actors rather than special effects. Because the special effects are important, but not everything. Sometimes a writer and a big named actor are better than $ 100,000,000 of special effects.
